Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a fast, accurate, and organized Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team in Ulhasnagar. Known for its bustling garment markets, wholesale trading hubs, and small manufacturing units, Ulhasnagar runs on fast-paced commercial activity. Your role will be essential in maintaining precise digital records—from garment stock inventories to wholesale billing and supplier data. Key Responsibilities Data Input: Accurately enter information from various sources such as garment stock registers, purchase bills, footwear inventories, and supplier invoices into digital systems. Verification: Cross-check data with physical records from Ulhasnagar’s busy wholesale markets to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily transactions. Database Maintenance: Update and maintain large volumes of trade data, ensuring proper categorization of garments, accessories, and industrial goods. Digitization: Convert paper-based records from local shops, warehouses, and manufacturing units into organized digital formats for easy access and tracking. Report Generation: Prepare daily and weekly sales/stock reports using Excel or Google Sheets to help management monitor fast-moving goods in Ulhasnagar markets. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of supplier pricing, wholesale margins, and client business data. Qualifications Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma; experience in retail or wholesale environments is an added advantage. Technical Skills: Good typing speed (35–40 WPM minimum) with strong accuracy in numerical and text data entry. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and Google Sheets. Language Proficiency: Understanding of English; ability to read Hindi and Sindhi business notes is highly preferred due to local trading practices. Preferred Skills Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Ulhasnagar’s garment and wholesale markets is a strong advantage. Communication: Ability to coordinate with shop owners, warehouse staff, and billing teams for accurate data collection. Speed & Efficiency: Ability to handle high-volume entries during peak shopping seasons and festival rush periods.
