We are seeking a high-energy IT Support Technician to join our team in Ulhasnagar. As the city continues to thrive as a major hub for textile trading, furniture manufacturing, and small-scale industries—blending entrepreneurial spirit with growing digital adoption—you will play a crucial role in maintaining the IT backbone that powers daily business operations and supply networks. Key Responsibilities Retail & Industrial Hardware Support:Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, POS systems, billing machines, and barcode scanners used in busy markets, garment shops, and warehouse units across Ulhasnagar. ERP & Billing Software:Provide support for accounting and inventory management software (Tally, Busy, or custom ERP systems) used by wholesalers, retailers, and distribution businesses. Reliable Networking:Ensure stable Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity in multi-floor commercial complexes, retail showrooms, and storage facilities to support uninterrupted business operations. Digital Tools & Automation Support:Assist in troubleshooting digital tools such as e-commerce platforms, inventory apps, and basic automation systems used by local manufacturers and traders. CCTV & Security Systems:Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV cameras and access control systems to safeguard retail outlets, warehouses, and commercial spaces. Qualifications Education:Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications:CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a strong advantage. Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, Windows/Linux systems, and peripheral device management. Language:Fluency in Hindi and English is essential; knowledge of Sindhi or Marathi is an added advantage for local communication. Preferred Skills Retail Tech Experience:Familiarity with POS systems, barcode scanners, inventory software, and small business IT setups. Mobility:A valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred for traveling across Ulhasnagar camps, markets, and nearby industrial areas. Adaptability:Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
