Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and reviews while building strong engagement with local customers, shop owners, and audiences. Performance Tracking Analyze insights, reach, engagement, and growth metrics to improve content performance and marketing strategy. Qualifications Education Students or graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or Digital Media are preferred. Communication Skills Strong written English skills; Hindi and Marathi are essential for local audience engagement. Digital Knowledge Understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook pages, YouTube Shorts, and basic social media analytics. Personality Creative, consistent, and highly active on social media platforms with a strong sense of digital trends.
